Retro Classic Games ensures that your products are delivered in a reasonable amount of time. All of our items are posted within 1 Business day of purchase. The expected period of Standard Aus Post delivery is 4-6 business days. It is advised to provide an accurate location for your address for fast, complete and effective delivery. If you ever have any issues with shipping, feel free to use our "contact us" form on our website or direct message us on Instagram.
Return & Exchange Policy
You must obtain prior approval from Retro Classic Games before returning any product by contacting our customer service team via the email address on our website (info@retroclassicgames.com.au).
All items and accessories that were delivered must be included in your return unless otherwise specified.
Please package with care to avoid any physical damage to the product. The warranty will not be honoured if the package arrives with physical damage due to a lack of care taken by the purchaser.
Once packed, send the product to the address provided by your customer service team at Retro Classic Games.
Once received, we will examine the product. Warranty work will be performed, and once completed Retro Classic Games will either ship your product back to your address.
In the event of the item being broken beyond repair, we will provide you with an exchange of the similar product or full refund depending on your preferred option.
